Delivery

Good news — we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50, because who doesn’t love free delivery? Your order goes out via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, which aims (but doesn’t pinky-promise) to reach you within 2–5 working days. Perfect if you’re not in a mad rush and fancy sitting back while your package makes its way to you.

If your order is a little on the chonky side, we might need to use a different courier. Don’t worry — we’ll pick the best option to get it to you safe and sound. Occasionally we’ll switch things up to keep your delivery speedy and secure, but any extra cost is on us.

Basically: you order, we handle the logistics, and you get to look forward to a lovely package landing on your doormat. Easy.

Courier delivery times

We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail. Place your order before 2pm GMT (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) and we’ll pack it up and send it out the very same day — more rapid than a Rapidash.

If Royal Mail takes a little longer than expected, we’ve got a couple of options for you:

1. Refuse the delivery — if it arrives too late and you no longer want it, feel free to refuse the package. Once it finds its way back to us, we’ll issue a full refund. No trouble at all.
2. Accept it and claim a partial refund — if you’d still like to keep your order, we’ll refund 50% of the postage cost. Just drop us a message via our Contact page and we’ll see to it.

A quick note: if you’ve chosen our free delivery option, we can’t offer refunds or compensation for delays — but we promise we’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
